"Don Johnson does excellent work. He did all of my house painting both interior and exterior. He also removed all of the old wallpaper in the house. I then had to have all of my old flooring torn out. His crew removed all of the flooring and they installed new vinyl plank flooring for me. Did an excellent job. Very impressed. He is reliable and does what he says he will do in a timely manner. I will use Don again for future rehab work."

"Don Johnson’s crew painted the interior of our home in June this year. He gave me suggestions on accent walls and suggest doing two colors in one of our rooms. The outcome was gorgeous. We love the new look. His crew works very hard, very quiet and they are very neat. They even did a great job cleaning up. Don’s quote was reasonable. I would use Don and his team again. You should go with Don, you won’t regret it!"

"Don redid our entire deck with composite and it looks wonderful! He’s super timely, a great communicator and reasonably priced. There were a few hiccups along the way (as with any home repair) but Don never stopped communicating throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend him for home repairs and will continue to use him in the future!"

"I would definitely recommend Don & Preferred Home Improvements! They painted the exterior of my house. My house had several areas that needed to be nailed in & caulked. Don’s team worked nonstop for 3 days to ensure the work on my home was completed correctly & it looks amazing! I was extremely pleased with their work & plan to use them again the next time I need any interior or exterior painting done! I can’t speak highly enough of his workers. They arrived on time & worked nonstop the entire time they were here! My neighbors were all very impressed with PHI & plan to have them do some painting for them in the future!!"
